Tianjin Harbor Industrial Park Administrative Commission was established in Apr. 2005 and is the dispatched organization by Tanggu District Government. It conducts uniform construction coordination and services management on affairs in the Park on behalf of the Government. It is in charge of the administrative work as policy establishment, investment inviting, planning and construction, etc of THIP in accordance with laws, legislations and relevant regulations. Presently, it consists of five departments as Office, Financial Dept. Investment Inviting Dept.Planning & Construction Dept. and Safe Production Management Dept.

Tianjin Harbor Investment Holdings Ltd. was established in Apr. 2007 and is a wholly state-owned corporation funded to form by Tianjin Tanggu State Assets Administration Commission.
Tianjin Harbor Investment Holdings Ltd. is supervised and managed by Tianjin Harbor Industrial Park Administrative Commission and charged with the operation, inflation-proofing and appreciation of state assets in THIP. As the authorized operation unit of state assets in THIP, the company takes an overall participation in the investment behaviors of state assets in THIP and takes equity participation or holding on the special develop corporations. Meanwhile, by ways of assets reorganization and integration, it achieves domination right or operation participating right on pipelines, communication, water & electricity, gas, wharfs and navigation channels of THIP. To reach the status that state assets hold shares in key industries and fields, and positive state assets which take share participation in or withdraw from ordinary fields give authority to operate, it endeavors to guarantee the safe operating, inflation-proofing and appreciation of state assets.

Tianjin Harbor Industrial Park Construction & Development Co., Ltd. was established on 6th, Aug. 2003 and is a medium-size state-owned enterprise established by Tianjin Municipal Government, Tanggu District Government and Administrative Committee of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone. It is mainly charged with the development and construction of sea enclosing for land reclamation, land exploration, municipal infrastructure projects and relevant subsidiary facilities in the Park. The total registered capital of the company is RMB 0.3 billion

Tianjin Harbor Industrial Port Co., Ltd. was established in Mar. 2004 with the registered capital of RMB 0.3 billion. Its scope of business mainly covers the construction, development and operation of ports, channels, wharfs and relevant shore facilities and business related to logistics and storage, etc. in THIP.
The channels and wharfs which were developed and constructed by Tianjin Harbor Industrial Park Harbor Affairs Co., Ltd. have taken initial scale. The radiating scope of the port is gradually expanding and the functions of ports are gradually perfected. Based on the current situation and development tendency of THIP, the company will make use of the initiated industrial projects in THIP, seize the opportunities of development and opening in Binhai New Area and refer to the advanced experience of ports at home and abroad to greatly develop port economy, and contribute itself for constructing Tianjin to be international port city.
